Use of the site

Eligibility

The name "55 Lottery", the 55 Lottery logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of 55 Lottery. User-submitted content

Limitation of damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55 Lottery, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

Aggregate liability cap

In jurisdictions where a total exclusion of liability is not permitted, our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to 55 Lottery in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 500.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 55 Lottery and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
